We got an opportunity to Develope and Construct the Apartment Scheme. We started our work with "Madhukalpa Apartments" in Pratap Nagar Ring Road & it was successfully completed within stipulated period of 15 Months. Thereafter we concentrate on development of Apartment Schemes only and till now we have completed almost 15 schemes to company’s credit.

We are having experience of almost 20 years in the field of construction & we were rewarded by Felicitation at the Hands of then Revenue Minister Honorable Shri Ashok Chavan for construction of Community hall at Warora & at the hands of then chief Minister Honorable Shri Sushilkumar Shinde for construction of Ladies Hostel at Bhandara.
